On a different note, have you checked out the Disney Parks blog tilt-shift videos? it's a special way of filming (focusing) that makes everything look like it's happening in a little toy town (or environment). It can also look to some like watching a colony of bugs doing their daily work.
I think the way Disney created these are pretty way cool (w/ pretty upbeat background music)... anyway, here're some links to the ones they've created so far:
A model day at the Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom
A model day at EPCOT
A model day on a Disney Cruise Line ship
There was a model Disney Christmas day parade tilt-shift video but mayhaps they've locked it away until next Xmas??? Update: they added the 2010 Disney Parks Christmas Parade Tilt Shift:
and one from Disney World's parade:
another update: here's one from Disneyland Paris:
haha... speaking of Paris, this one isn't Disney but it's cool all the same:
Also, here's a disney parks blog article on the "making of the magic kingdom tilt-shift video"...
And... if you want to mess around w/ converting one of ur own pictures into a tilt shift, check out this LINK...

I've heard that folks add other misc stuff that suits their whatever (e.g. coconut flakes, M&Ms, chopped up snicker bars, etc.)
That's it! Enjoy ur cookies and tilt-shifts!
