in sauce pan, simmer 1 cup honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 6 cloves garlic minced and about a dozen dried japanese chilli pods each pod broken in half... wash & cut about about a dozen wings into separate pieces (2 dozen pieces, less the tips), lightly salt & pepper, shake in plastic bag with flour to coat, then deep fry til golden... out of the frying pan immediately dip each fried wing piece in the honey mixture and place on large plate... after done frying & dipping all the wings, pour the remainder of the honey mixture over the top of the wings on the plate...
