Brisket (InstantPot)

Ingredients

  • beef brisket

  • Salt & pepper

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 1 red onion sliced into quarter moons

  • 7 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups broth

  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce


Directions

  1. Salt & Pepper brisket on all sides

  2. On saute setting, sear both sides of the brisket in oil, then remove to plate

  3. Saute onions in oil until the onions are lightly caramelized

  4. Add brisket, garlic, broth, worcestershire and soy sauce

  5. Cook on manual for 75 minutes
