INGREDIENTS
3 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesan
5 cloves garlic, minced
1.5 cups marinara
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
12 oz. breaded chicken, cooked & diced
4 bell peppers, halved seeds removed
1/2 cup broth
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350ยบ
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, marinara, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper
Fold in chicken
Spoon mixture into halved bell peppers and top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella.
Pour chicken broth into baking dish (to help the peppers steam) and cover with foil.
Bake for 1 hour
Uncover and broil for 3 minutes
