Ingredients
1 cube butter
½ cup flour
4 cups broth (or combo of broth & drippings to make 4 cups)
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried sage
¼ tsp pepper or cayenne pepper
⅓ cup heavy cream
Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Whisk in flour for 10 mins.
Gradually whisk in broth.
Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, sage and pepper.
Simmer for 10 mins.
Stir in heavy cream.
