Ingredients
- 1/2 Onion minced
- 1 pound Italian Sausage casings removed
- 1 carrot minced
- 1 celery stalk minced
- 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup wine
- 1 cup milk
- 5 cloves garlic minced
Directions
- Sauté onions
- Add & brown the sausage
- Add Carrots & Celery and sauté until tender
- Add Tomatoes, Wine, Milk & Garlic
- Bring to a boil then simmer for one hour
