Ragu Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion minced 
  • 1 pound Italian Sausage casings removed
  • 1 carrot minced
  • 1 celery stalk minced
  • 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 cup wine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 cloves garlic minced


Directions 

  • Sauté onions
  • Add & brown the sausage
  • Add Carrots & Celery and sauté until tender
  • Add Tomatoes, Wine, Milk & Garlic
  • Bring to a boil then simmer for one hour
