Hummus

Hummus
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 15 oz can garbonzo beans drained
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp water
Directions
  • Toast sesame seeds over medium-low heat for around 4 minutes (until lightly colored but not brown)
  • Add to food processor and pulse until a crumbly paste forms
  • Add in garlic and pulse mixing well
  • Add in cumin, salt, lemon juice and pulse mixing well
  • Add in garbanzo beans and pulse mixing well
  • Add in olive oil and pulse mixing well
  • If too chunky add in a Tbls water and mix well
