Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter1 cup uncooked white rice
1.5 cups broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon thyme
Directions
Melt butter in a medium saucepanStir in & sauté rice until browned
Stir in broth, lemon juice, thyme, and bring to a boil
Cover, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes
