1 onion 🧅 chopped
2 carrots 🥕 sliced
4 cloves garlic 🧄 minced
2 inch ginger 🫚 minced
1 tsp salt 🧂
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Cayenne pepper 🌶️
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1/2 head cabbage 🥬 cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/2 head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch florets
8 cups broth 🐓
1 can garbanzo beans 🫘
1 can diced tomatoes 🍅
1 can coconut 🥥 milk
Sauté onions and carrots until softened.
Stir in garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, pepper, cyanine, turmeric, paprika, and cook 1 minute.
Add cabbage and cook 2 more minutes.
Stir in broth, chickpeas, diced tomatoes, cauliflower & bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook 25 minutes , stirring occasionally.
Stir in coconut milk, return to a simmer and cook 2 minutes more.
