1 onion π§ chopped
2 carrots π₯ sliced
4 cloves garlic π§ minced
2 inch ginger π« minced
1 tsp salt π§
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Cayenne pepper πΆ️
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1/2 head cabbage π₯¬ cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/2 head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch florets
8 cups broth π
1 can garbanzo beans π«
1 can diced tomatoes π
1 can coconut π₯₯ milk
SautΓ© onions and carrots until softened.
Stir in garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, pepper, cyanine, turmeric, paprika, and cook 1 minute.
Add cabbage and cook 2 more minutes.
Stir in broth, chickpeas, diced tomatoes, cauliflower & bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook 25 minutes , stirring occasionally.
Stir in coconut milk, return to a simmer and cook 2 minutes more.
