Ingredients
3 Tbs olive oil
1 cube butter
3 Carrots diced
3 Celery Stalks diced
1 Onion diced
2 lbs Red Potatoes cubed
1/2 cup Green Beans chopped
1 bag frozen corn
5 cloves Garlic minced
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Sage
1 tsp Thyme
1 can Coconut Milk
3 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions
Using saute mode and add oil, butter, carrots, celery, and onion for 2 minutes
Stir in potatoes, green beans, corn, garlic
Sprinkle 2 Tbs flour and stir everything up
Stir in salt, pepper, sage, thyme, coconut milk and chicken broth
Cook on soup setting
Puree 1/2 of the potatoes then stir back into soup
Stir in velveteen chicken
