Maple Salmon

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbls soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 pound salmon 


In a shallow glass baking dish, stir maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper together.
Coat both sides of salmon in the dish and let marinate for 30 minutes, turning once half way.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
