Dinuguan is another traditional Filipino dish. it's not really chocolate meat, that's only what we called it when we were kids because it looked like the meat was covered in chocolate. It's really a type of pork stew, with one of the main ingredients being pork blood... but... it tastes a lot better than it sounds. My grandma used to make big batches of this stuff and all of us, kids included, scarfed the stuff down (over hot rice... mmmmmm....). Haha... one time at my grandmothers, one of the kids found a container of raw pork blood in the refridgerator, thought it was grape juice, and started guzzling it down
