Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef short ribs
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 1 onion diced
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup red wine
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp Thyme
Driections
- Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper and cut into 3-4 inch segments. Place in Instant Pot.
- Add onions and garlic on top.
- In a bowl, whisk wine, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Pour over ribs.
- Sprinkle Thyme over ribs.
- Lock cover into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Pressure cook for 60 minutes.
- Naturally release pressure for 10 minutes then quick release remaining pressure.
