Jalapeno Buttermilk Cornbread

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup olive oil

1 can cream corn

1/2 tsp baking soda

3/4 cups sugar

1/2 cup flour

1 cup corn meal

3 jalapenos chopped

8 oz grated cheddar


Directions

Butter a 9x13 pan

Combine all ingredients and pour into pan

Bake at 425 for 25 mins
