Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 15 oz can garbonzo beans drained
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 garlic cloves
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp water
- Toast sesame seeds over medium-low heat for around 4 minutes (until lightly colored but not brown)
- Add to food processor and pulse until a crumbly paste forms
- Add in garlic and pulse mixing well
- Add in cumin, salt, lemon juice and pulse mixing well
- Add in garbanzo beans and pulse mixing well
- Add in olive oil and pulse mixing well
- If too chunky add in a Tbls water and mix well
